Emotions are wonderful, but if we allow them to control what we think; we will not be doing the right thing by Yahweh God (following His Word is the right thing to do). He blessed us with feelings and emotions, but did not intend that they rule us. They are from the soulish realm (what we see, hear, smell, taste, & feel). Our soul makes up will, mind, and emotions. We can experience an amazing “awe” when we see a breathtaking sunset, or a happy feeling when we see a Hummingbird, or a beautiful Bluebird. Even experience a satisfying feeling when flowers that we planted begin to bloom. Or a grateful feeling when the tomatoes and peppers we planted begin to bear fruit. Feelings are wonderful emotions, but can get us into trouble if we live by them. As Yah’s people, representing Him in the earth, we are to live by His Word, and make decisions by His rules. His Word contains His will for us to live by. See 2Timothy 3:16,17. The scriptures are inspired by Yahweh God, and are profitable to us for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and instructs one in how to live right. The Bible is where we gain our philosophy for life: what we think and believe, what is important to us, what is right or wrong. Its what Yah says in His Word that is truth. John17:17 The scriptures are a great benefit to those of us who desire to obey Him. And are condemning to those who are disobedient. In Romans 12:18, “If it be possible; as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.” Sometimes we cannot distinguish between what is right, or wrong. This is when we allow God’s Spirit to guide us to truth. John 16:13 Our Heavenly Father desires to protect us and endeavors to do so, but He does not go against our will. He needs for us to be obedient to His Word which includes instructions, statues, and commands on how to live godly in and through every situation that can be encountered. Romans 12:19 “Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord.” When we meet Him, we want to hear Him say, “Well done thou good and faithful servant.” Matthew 25:21 Being a faithful servant requires that we obey. His people are supposed to be a blessing to others by promoting His law, and seeing that they are followed. Exodus 20 Everyone can live a peaceful life if Yah”s laws are kept. We can overcome evil with goodness. “Now the God of peace be with you all.” So be it. Romans 14:33
This is faith cabin saying bye for now. Love, blessings and smiles.
