Ephesians 2:6 “And has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.”
During my prayer time one day, my Father, gave me the sensation of being lifted up. He, then gave me this scripture, Ephesians 2:6, and told me to look it up. Immediately, I looked up the scripture and God gave me revelation that I was seated in Christ in heavenly places above the world and all it’s problems. We are above and not beneath. We are spirit beings when born again from above by the Spirit of God. We are in a high position in God. We are in Christ and He is in God.  When born again from above by the Spirit of God, we are spirit beings.
Being seated in heavenly places in Christ makes us above all sickness, disease, poverty, lack, sin, and even above our enemy, satan! The body of Christ is missing out on all that God has done for it in Christ because of a lack of knowledge of God’s word. God says in Hosea 4:6, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge….” What we do not know can not help us! As God’s offspring, we are blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. Ephesians 1:3  In 2Peter 1:3, “According as his divine power has given unto us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that has called us to glory and virtue.” It’s through the knowledge of Him and in all that He has already done for us that we come to the revelation of all the blessings that we possess in Him.
If we are seated in heavenly places, and we are because God says we are, then we are above satan and what he is doing in the earth. He is the god of this world. Satan is the prince of the air above the world. The world does not know this, but we as God’s children, should. If you do not study on your own and allow the Holy Spirit to give you revelation, you will not know the truth! In John 16:13, says the Holy Spirit will lead and guide us to all truth, and show us things to come.
We receive by faith every thing that God says in His Word to us. We are to confess what God says in His Word. Christianity is called the great “confession.” In Hebrews 3:1, “Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus.” The Greek word here translated “profession” is the same as the one usually translated “confession.” Many fail to receive what they have prayed for because of a lack of understanding about CONFESSION! If we believe something, aren’t we going to talk about it? The word confession in the Greek language, means “saying the same thing.” It means to believe and to say what God says about us: Our salvation, our healing, sickness and disease, sin every thing that is included in our redemption. Confession is proof that you know and believe what you received at the new birth. Also in Jeremiah 1:12, “God watches over His Word to perform it.” The Word of God is forever settled in heaven. Psalms 119:89 By this, we know to study the Bible Scriptures and to always be aware of the position that we are honored with by God. We are in a very high position in God when we are His children. Reread Ephesians 2:6, and know that this is the truth, but you have to live your life with this knowledge. Otherwise it will not do you any good. God desires that His children walk in divine health, and live an abundant life because that is why He sent His only begotten Son to earth to redeem (buy) us back.  John 10:10 The devil wants to steal, to kill, and to destroy God’s people. If you do not know what God has done for you in Christ, you could live in poverty and go home early before your time! Every thing that we need in life has been provided and is here in earth where we live. It is faith in God and in His word. They are the same! You must read and study the manual, the Bible so you will not be ignorant of satan’s devices. 2Corinthians 2:11 There are manuals in one”s job to study to know what is expected and there are manuals that instruct us how to operate machinery.
Nothing comes automatically. You have to believe by faith what God”s word says and then you must act on it.  Speaking is an action. You have to take the shield of faith and weld the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God against the enemies of your soul. See Ephesians 6:10-18. Knowing God’s word and speaking it brings glory to Him because it shows that we trust Him. Living by the Word of God enables us to live a world over-coming life. We over-come the world by faith. “For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.” 1John 5:4

We have the glory of God the moment we are born again of the Spirit of God. We are clothed with Christ and we have a light that can be seen in the spiritual realm. Isaiah 60:1
There is a much bigger picture to Jesus’ coming to earth. In the next blog, I will expound on this.
