Faith is acting on what you believe.  As we meditate on the word of God, we know what to believe and how to believe.  Faith is an action.
One has to hang onto the word and be consistent.  People pray, but they do not see an immediate result; so they give up.  We don’t have to “see” in the physical.  We see in the spirit by faith because God’s word says it.  We can believe it.
Faith is in the unseen realm.  Jesus said, “His word is spirit and it is life.”(John 6:63 )  When one speaks the word that Jesus spoke-he is speaking life.  The word is alive. (Hebrews 4:12 ) Jesus is the living word. ( John 1:1 )
We have to put action to what we believe, or we will not see the result we desire.  It does not matter what it looks like in the physical realm.  We see it first in the spirit.  In Mark 11:24, says we believe WHEN WE PRAY, not when we see it manifest.  In other words, when we pray; it is finished.  We have the petitions we have asked God for and we are confident that he hears us because we have prayed according to His word which is His will.  (1John5:14,15 )
It does not matter what we are believing God for: healing, prosperity, renewed relationships, etc.  We believe when we pray, and receive it done.
When one has been “born again” from above, he belongs to God.  We are spirit first, then soul and body.  Faith is of the spirit.  God is a spirit, and we were created in His image and likeness.  Faith believes before it “sees”.
In the world, there are those who say “seeing is believing”.  In the kingdom of God, believing comes first!  It does not matter what it “looks like”.  Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the EVIDENCE of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)
Faith is believing the word of God regardless of circumstances.  And with the belief, must come an action.  Because if you believe something, you will speak it and you will act on it.  If one has a million dollars in the bank, he will say so and he will go to the bank and draw some of it out to use.
A person has belief, but if he never acts on what he believes he will never see a change.  You have to be thoroughly persuaded that God’s word is true.  You can’t just try it; you have to be completely convinced and sold out.
Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. (Romans10:17)   Hearing the word causes faith to grow.  Believing comes by hearing. Just believing won’t cause the result you desire to come unless you put action with your belief.
A person puts legs to his belief when he acts by faith.  Acting on ones’ belief is called faith.
I have had so many people tell me that they prayed for something like healing but did not “see”any change.  It does not matter what it “looks” like, or if a person has symptoms, he is healed when he prayed if he believes and puts an action with it.  Don’t put your faith in what it looks like!   If you look at the circumstances, you will sink.  Like Peter when he was walking on  the water; he was doing fine until he took his eyes off Jesus and saw the waves.
Circumstances can bring fear to one’s senses, but if we keep our eyes on the word of God it will bring faith.
We do not move the hand of God.  There are those who believe that they move God’s hand by their faith, but He has already moved, and accomplished everything before the foundation of the world.
We by faith, appropriate what God has already done by His grace.
Faith is acting on what you believe.  You see, a person can believe all they want to, but if they never act on that belief then it is not faith.  The belief stays in their head.  Without action (works) faith is dead it says in James 2:26.

Faith Cabin saying bye for now.  Love, Blessings, & Smiles
